Can wine be shipped to all states?
No, there are several states that prohibit delivery of alcohol. Our shopping cart will not allow you to check out with alcoholic items for states that do not allow delivery. This list of states that prohibit delivery of wine can change occasionally, but today it includes states such as AL, AR, DE, GA, KS, KY, MD, ME, MS, MT, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, and VT. Certain delivery restrictions may apply in other states as well.
Can you ship wines outside the US?
Currently, wine cannot be delivered to any address outside the United States. Our Riedel Crystal Vinum Tasting sets, however, can be delivered to Canada and several countries in Europe. This list of countries currently includes: Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Hungary, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Andorra, San Marino, UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, and Sweden.
How long does it take for me to receive my tasting set?
Your Riedel Vinum Tasting Set should arrive within about 5 to 6 weeks of ordering, depending on your location.
What if I receive merchandise that was damaged? What is your return policy?
Please contact our offices within 2 weeks of receiving the damaged item. We may require a digital photograph of the damage. Replacements will be sent within 4-5 weeks.
What if I have questions about my order(s) or require assistance placing an order?

I attended a Riedel Wine Tasting on board a Celebrity ship and received a coupon for a Riedel Vinum Tasting Set, but I have lost it. What do I do?
Please simply let us know your name, the name of the ship and your specific voyage, and we will verify your participation with the on-board manager who keeps a master list of all attendees for each voyage. Once we have done that, we will issue you a new coupon code, and you can order your set right online.
Can I order products on CelebrityVineyards.com for onboard delivery to guests?
Currently, no, this is not possible. All orders on CelebrityVineyards must be shipped to a physical address (we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes).
